What You'll Do:

Coordinate transportation management activities, including freight scheduling, dispatching, and fleet management to ensure timely delivery of goods. Oversee inventory management and control processes within warehouse distribution centers, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper materials handling. Manage warehouse operations such as picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and order fulfillment with precision and efficiency. Implement process improvements in logistics workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs through continuous review of procedures. Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations. Load and unload staging inventory from our warehouse to trucks Work as part of a small, efficient team on staging days Help create clean, polished spaces that photograph beautifully Interact respectfully with team members, homeowners, and agents Build furniture Keep track of inventory and repair items Tidy warehouse Skills Excellent organizational skills with a focus on shipping & receiving accuracy, order picking & packing efficiency, and dispatching coordination.
