About the Role As a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining the flow of goods through our facility, ensuring that inventory is organized and ready for distribution. Your work directly impacts our operational efficiency by managing the precise movement and tracking of essential materials. Responsibilities Execute the safe transport of goods using industrial machinery to optimize storage and retrieval processes. Prepare and stage inventory for outgoing shipments to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all units handled to support inventory integrity. Load and unload freight, ensuring all items are handled with care and organized effectively. Uphold rigorous safety standards and operational protocols to foster a secure work environment. Utilize palletizers and other warehouse equipment to streamline material processing. Qualifications Required Skills Proven experience in general labor, construction, or logistics environments. Proficiency in operating industrial vehicles such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Ability to manage a physically demanding workload throughout the shift. Strong commitment to workplace safety and professional reliability. Preferred Skills Previous experience with warehouse management systems or inventory tracking software. Active certification for forklift operation. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team setting.
