Job Description

Since opening our doors in 2016, DeCoach Recovery Centre has been helping individuals struggling with addiction. With offices throughout southwestern Ohio, we are able to meet individuals at their unique stage of recovery. Role:
The Transportation role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of our clients across various locations. This position involves coordinating logistics, managing transportation schedules, and optimizing routes to meet appointment times and deadlines. Additionally, the Transportation professional will monitor compliance with federal and state transportation regulations to uphold safety and legal standards. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to our client's recovery journey by ensuring timely and reliable transportation services.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Basic knowledge of transportation and logistics principles.

Experience with route planning and scheduling.

Familiarity with transportation safety regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Commercial Drivers License (CDL) or equivalent certification.

Experience with medical / healthcare transportationStrong understanding of federal and state transportation compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate daily transportation for clients between various locationsManage and communicate with staff to address operational issues and optimize performance.

Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including delivery logs, fuel usage, and incident reports.

Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local transportation laws and regulations.
