Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Planner to align customer demand, material availability, and production capacity to drive on-time delivery and support revenue goals. This role plays a critical part in optimizing inventory, improving planning accuracy, and ensuring efficient execution across operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally to identify risks, resolve constraints, and drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage production and material plans using ERP (Infor CloudSuite Industrial - CSI), APS, and MRP systems Analyze demand, capacity, and material availability to build executable production schedules Proactively pull in orders by identifying opportunities to advance production through material alignment, capacity availability, and schedule optimization to support revenue goals Identify and mitigate risks such as material shortages and capacity constraints to maintain on-time delivery and revenue targets Perform Capability to Promise (CTP) reviews to support Customer Service with accurate delivery commitments Review Purchase Order (PO) status and late projections, partnering with Purchasing to resolve supplier risks and drive mitigation actions Manage and optimize inventory, including unallocated inventory alignment, conversions, and safety stock levels Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Power BI (preferred) to support data-driven decision-making Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Purchasing, and Customer Service to drive alignment and execution Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a field related to supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or data analysis preferred; equivalent experience will be considered Proven track record (5+ years preferred) in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment Experience using ERP systems and APS/MRP planning tools; experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) preferred Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable decisions Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP), and data analysis, with the ability to develop clear, effective visualizations (charts and dashboards) to communicate performance, risks, and opportunities; experience with macros and automated report development preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex planning data, risks, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment At Humanetics, privacy and information security is a critical feature of our corporate culture and is the responsibility of all employees.
