- Overview
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Hiring Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring and onboarding candidates for our logistics company.
- Duties
- Interview candidates for logistics driving positions
- Coordinate classroom training with logistics trainers
- Schedule interviews with our recruiter
- Conduct new hire orientation
- Maintain organized files and documentation
- Have ability to use and create documents using Docusign
- Ability to proofread and editing documents
- Support candidates with onboarding task through logistics portal
- Requirements
- Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
- Strong time management skills
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with computerized systems and software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
