Job Description

As a Plastipak Traffic Coordinator, you coordinate routing, shipping and tracking of materials and products. In addition, you are the primary point of contact for outbound product loads and pick-ups. You prioritize safety, accuracy and communication in all that you do. You Will Assure shuttle schedules are correctly aligned to production schedules Coordinate loading of outbound shipments and shuttles, making sure all documentation and tracking are properly completed. Create pick lists for outbound loads. Continuously communicate with internal and external parties, including Logistics, Customer Service, Production, drivers/carriers and customers, keeping all well-informed. Coordinate shipments of raw materials, parts and products between production areas and warehouses. Grow your knowledge & skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences You Have High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Previous work experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Computer navigation and data entry skills, with experience using Microsoft Office applications Solid communication skills, both in speaking and writing Strong attention to detail, and accuracy when managing multiple items at the same time As a Plastipak Associate, you receive a benefits package offering the following: Wellness Programs Health Insurance Coverage, including
