Job Profile Job Title Material Planner Department Purchasing Department Direct Supervisor Assistant Material Planning Manager Direct Subordinates N/A II. Job Summary： Responsible for material planning, buliding inventory balance, releasing purchase requestion and monitoring depleteion, reducing aged inventory level. III. Job Functions and Duties NO. Representative Duties 1 Responsible for preparing raw material reserve planning; 2 Responsible for releasing material purchase requisition (PR), follow up PR execution; 3 Responsible for arranging raw material arriving schedule according to production schedule, monitor inventory level to keep turnover day balance; 4 Responsible for monitoring raw material depletion comply to First In First Out, push aged raw material consumption; 5 Responsible for reviewing sales order, process whether raw material can't meet demand; 6 Responsible for organizing engineering material changes (when necessary, such as supply-side changes) 7 Responsible for ensuring daily work comply to work instruction, reach Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 8 Responsible for handling emergencies, such as urgent procurement and disqualified batches, etc. 9 Other duties as assigned 10 Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time IⅤ. Qualification Job Requirements Language Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and/or Mandarin.

• Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers. Experience 1. Major in supply chain; 2. 1 year experience with supply chain (inventory planning, scheduling & procurement) or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Education Bachelor degree or above from accredited college Physical Condition While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stoop, reach, bend, stand, walk, lift, pull, push, grasp, talk, hear, see, and lift up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision such as reading handwritten and or typed material and having the ability to stay focused. Adaptive to high stress environment. Other Requirements Proficient in the use of Microsoft sofeware. Prefer have knowledge of PLEX/ SAP/ Oracle MRP function. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities utilized on the job Professional Knowledge, Skills Good sense of data, dedicate with data analysis, ability to multitask and prioritize Excellent planning ability.

Experience working with large data sets. Understand procurement process, logistic concept.
