- Contract We are seeking an Associate Production Planner to support end-to-end order management and production planning activities across multiple product channels .
This role is responsible for purchase order management, production tracking, issue resolution, capacity planning support, liability management, and coordination with global partners to ensure timely delivery and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced supply chain environment while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage purchase order creation, maintenance, amendments, and tracking. Monitor production schedules and delivery milestones. Track order status, delivery performance, and production timelines. Coordinate with offshore teams for SAP and Mainframe order management activities. Resolve order, article, and production-related issues. Maintain reporting related to order status, liabilities, and delivery performance. Support capacity planning and production scheduling activities. Partner with logistics, planning, merchandising, vendors, and regional teams to resolve operational challenges. Manage liability reporting, cancellation processes, and reconciliation activities. Support weekly and monthly planning reviews, reporting, and production meetings. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, Operations, Manufacturing, or related fields. Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP, ERP, Mainframe, or order management systems. Exposure to apparel, footwear, retail, manufacturing, or consumer goods industries. Experience supporting production planning or supply chain operations. Knowledge of purchase order management and inventory processes. #PSI1
