Proactively anticipates and defuses potential customer and vendor problems related to freight, packaging and delivery. Communicate internally and externally regarding transportation requirements. Processes customer requests for industry compliance. Works with suppliers and Product Engineering to ensure that all necessary documents are received and customer requests are fulfilled in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned. Skills, Knowledge, Abilities Warehouse operations, inventory control, asset management. Pull, stage, and QA orders for delivery. Receive and put away all deliveries. Goods receiving in SAP. Manage all aspects of the material trackers including reporting Resolve AP issues. Tracking of all deliveries Proficiency with SAP (or similar ERP system) and Microsoft Office applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to recommend and implement process improvements Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize within many different projects Strong reporting skills Excel in time management
