Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred 3+ years of production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations experience Experience in electrical equipment, transformer, or industrial manufacturing strongly preferred Background in made-to-order, custom, or project-based manufacturing environments SAP experience required Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Create and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer demand, project timelines, and plant capacity Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components Partner with engineering and project management to align schedules with technical requirements and milestones Monitor production progress and adjust schedules for delays, shortages, or priority changes Collaborate with international teams, including partners in Italy, to support global production planning and best practices Participate in cross-functional meetings with domestic and international stakeholders Analyze production data and scheduling performance within SAP Communicate schedule updates, risks, and constraints to leadership teams Support continuous improvement initiatives for planning and scheduling processes Why This Opportunity?
