It's more than a job As part of the Contract Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in designing, managing, and optimizing solutions that keep goods moving efficiently. "I ‎ The Revenue Specialist will support the General Managers (GM) in all financial aspects within the site. How you create impact Clearly understand customer contracts, billing opportunities and facility/customer budgets. Preparation of financial reports for local management with full P&L understanding Preparation of weekly projection reports Assist with forecasting and re-forecasting Auditing and processing of incoming vendor invoices via the internal accounting system. Maintain Purchase Order Process to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and processes. Independently process month end procedures to ensure accurate revenue and cost recognition and result presentation, while adequately managing any balance sheet exposures. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines in all financial matters such as credit control, purchasing, billing and disbursement. Provide variance analysis Actual vs.
Forecast Business Controlling:
Interact with local management and supervisors regarding business purchasing needs, ensure they are align with overall business plan for the facility Prepare Requests for Investment including analysis of financial impact. Monitor continuously business development in terms of productivities, volumes and cost. Support the GM in financial matters. What we would like you to bring Education Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent with management accounting skills. Experience 2 - 4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting Experience in logistics, distribution or warehouse environment of advantage. Knowledge & Skills In depth understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
