About Your Role As a Billing Specialist you will be a part of our Centralized Billing Department. This department is built on a foundational goal of 100% accuracy within the billing process. As a member of this team, you will provide essential support to both the accounting and transportation departments. You will become the resident expert for your assigned terminals, capturing all possible revenue and managing intercompany and customer relationships. What You'll Do

• Verify order information and related paperwork
• Create, approve and send invoices to customers
• Collaborate with your terminal's Transportation Supervisor to ensure accuracy of TMS (Transportation Management System) entries
• Complete any specialty billing requirements for customers
• Create and update client profiles in TMS
• Monitor your terminal's receivables & work together with the AR team to communicate with clients and ensure consistent cash flow What You'll Need to Get the Job Done
• Basic knowledge of accounting systems, experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to fluent situations
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of products
• Excellent organizational skills
• Customer service experience
• Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable motor vehicle What Will Make Us Really Love You
