Description:
Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment team as a System Life Cycle Management Integrator! This role on our team is responsible for being the technical interface for F-35 systems and system degraders between the F-35 Lightning Sustainment Center, the Joint Program Office, and other external teams. This position will be located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, in Dayton Ohio. What You Will Be Doing Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Perform integration across multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) including engineering, sustainment, and procurement. Provide sustainment product support integration, coordination, and oversight to improve aircraft availability and reduce lifecycle support costs. Participate in the planning, development, and execution of technical and sustainment improvement projects. Perform technical planning, system integration, verification & validation, cost & risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total system products to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal Ensures the logical and systematic conversation of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, supportability and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. Investigates and analyzes operational sustainment challenges to develop recommended solutions that detail impacts, risk, resource requirements, and potential efficiencies while ensuring solutions meet program safety and performance standards. Brief results and recommendations of various technical and sustainment projects to senior leadership and the customer Must possess at minimum an Interim Secret Security Clearance and be able to obtain a Final Secret Security Clearance. Basic Qualifications:
The following Basic Qualifications are requirements that a candidate must possess to be considered for this position: 5 years related professional experience in military aircraft sustainment, maintenance operations or production 3 years F-35 experience working in sustainment, logistics, engineering, maintenance or lifecycle support Strong communication skills with experience preparing for and briefing senior leaders on complex, technical and sustainment challenges impacting aircraft fleet readiness Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to obtain an interim Secret Clearance within 120 days of offer acceptance.

The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a related discipline Experience working in a fast paced environment with several teams simultaneously Project Management skills to coordinate complex, technical, and sustainment improvement projects Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience with military service aircraft, Avionics, logistics operations and customers to include Foreign Military Sales Knowledge of integrated product support elements and Performance Based Logistics concepts Capability to integrate across multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) including engineering, sustainment, and procurement

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
