Logistics Coordinator

TruckSmart is looking for a motivated and organized Freight Sales & Load Posting Coordinator to help grow our transportation business. This role involves posting available freight loads across multiple load boards, social media groups, and transportation platforms while building relationships with shippers, brokers, and customers to bring new business to our company. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with clients, understands basic freight logistics, and can help convert leads into booked transportation jobs. Responsibilities Post freight loads daily on load boards, Facebook groups, and transportation marketplaces Respond to shipper and broker inquiries quickly and professionally Generate new transportation leads and bring clients to the TruckSmart website Explain and promote TruckSmart transportation services to potential customers Follow up with leads to secure freight bookings Maintain organized records of leads, loads, and customer communications Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams regarding load details Help increase company visibility through online engagement and outreach Monitor load postings and update statuses as needed Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Sales experience preferred Transportation, freight, logistics, or dispatch experience is a plus Familiarity with load boards and social media groups preferred Ability to work independently and stay organized Basic computer and internet skills required Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Preferred Skills Experience using freight/load board platforms Knowledge of trucking and transportation terminology Social media marketing or lead generation experience Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, and email What We Offer Competitive pay structure Bonus opportunities based on performance Flexible work environment Growth opportunities within the company Supportive team atmosphere
