Summary of Position:
This job is in El Reno, OK. The Material Coordinator will oversee the timely and efficient flow of materials within the manufacturing facility. This role involves coordinating the timing, delivery, and presentation of material to each phase of the manufacturing process. The Material Coordinator will work closely with various departments, including supply chain, warehouse, production, quality, and engineering to improve material flow and availability. The ideal Materials Coordinator will be self-driven, organized, and continuously looking for opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements:
2+ years of experience in materials coordination or inventory control in a manufacturing environment; experience with heavy equipment or oilfield equipment manufacturing preferred Mechanical or electrical experience preferred - able to interpret assembly drawings/BOM and recognize mechanical or electrical subassemblies Experience ERP/MRP system (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Proficient with Microsoft Excel Experience working with suppliers or vendors Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Indicators & Attributes for

Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate material availability to support daily and weekly production schedules. Act as liaison between Supply Chain, Warehouse, Engineering, and Production teams. Support welding and fabrication operations with technical material guidance Communicate directly with vendors regarding material specs, substitutions, quality issues, and delivery schedules Monitor material shortages and proactively escalate risks impacting production Support engineering changes and ensure updated revisions are reflected in material planning Track and resolve non-conforming material issues in coordination with
Quality Working Conditions/Environment:
Regularly operates in a highly safety-conscious environment, outdoor and indoor. Regularly be exposed to cold, heat, dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise. Requires frequent bending, stooping, kneeling crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, lifting, carrying, reaching, etc. with arms, hands, and fingers. Visits to other Liberty Energy facilities and to vendors may be required.
Salary:
$20/HR - $30/HR Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
