Operations Planner

Position Overview The ideal candidate will be capable of managing high volumes of orders, collaborating effectively across all departments and levels of management, and analyzing factory capacity using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) data to balance and level production loads. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in production planning and scheduling using a web-based MRP system, along with strong computer proficiency, including advanced spreadsheet skills. A high-energy, self-motivated individual who can operate effectively with minimal supervision is highly desirable. Summary of Responsibilities Develop, control, and execute the plant production schedule Schedule and manage all customer orders Establish and communicate factory production priorities Lead production meetings to review priorities and weekly schedules Review, release, and manage orders on a daily and weekly basis Track and monitor orders throughout the production process Collaborate with factory supervisors and cross-functional teams to achieve monthly objectives Monitor and maintain order management policies Coordinate with the marketing team regarding order issues and customer inquiries Why Join Acme?
