  •  HSE  Job Description KLX Energy Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fleet Coordinator to support our fleet operations and Fleet/DOT compliance activities in Oklahoma City.
This position plays an important role in helping ensure company vehicles, equipment, and documentation remain compliant, organized, and operationally ready to support field operations. This role works closely with the Fleet & DOT Manager, field leadership, drivers, and operations personnel to support vehicle registration, maintenance tracking, DOT documentation, permitting, and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to manage multiple administrative and compliance-related responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Maintain current registrations, titles, permits, and related documentation for commercially registered vehicles and equipment Prepare and file IFTA reports in compliance with state and federal requirements Manage IRP registrations and annual renewals for company vehicles Assist with DOT and FMCSA compliance activities to help ensure company operations meet federal and internal requirements Support vehicle maintenance tracking, reporting, and data entry within fleet management systems Perform data auditing and reconciliation using Microsoft Excel to ensure accuracy and compliance Coordinate and maintain compliance documentation for tractors, trailers, pickups, and other fleet equipment Assist with DOT audits, inspections, and recordkeeping activities Support field management and operations personnel with fleet and compliance-related administrative needs Monitor and organize vehicle files, inspection records, permits, and compliance documentation Communicate with internal personnel regarding compliance requirements, documentation, and deadlines Perform general administrative and office support duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred 0-2 years of administrative, fleet, transportation, compliance, or related experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work effectively with personnel at various levels of the organization Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience supporting DOT, FMCSA, transportation, or fleet compliance activities Experience working with vehicle registration, permitting, or fleet administration Familiarity with Electronic Logging Devices (ELD) systems and reporting Previous experience supporting field operations or oilfield service environments Experience assisting with DOT inspections, audits, or compliance documentation Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working in an office environment Ability to use a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment Occasional lifting, filing, or movement of office materials and records Occasional travel or company driving may be required About KLX Energy Services KLX Energy Services provides a broad range of technical solutions and equipment across the wellsite lifecycle, including drilling, completions, production, workover, and plug and abandonment services.
