In this fast-paced role, you will serve as the central hub of communication, ensuring that operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently across our job sites and plants Key Responsibilities •

Scheduling & Dispatching:

Organizing daily, weekly, or emergency schedules for material delivery. •

Communication Hub:

Acting as the main point of contact between superintendents, customers, sales, testing, and asphalt plants. •

Logistics & Tracking:

Using GPS and software to track fleet locations and optimize routes. •

Safety & Compliance:

Monitoring for hazardous conditions and traffic issues, while ensuring compliance with regulations. •

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate logs of materials, inventories, deliveries, and work hours.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
