As aProduction Planner, you'll be part of our Supply Chain team working as an on-site employee. This position is responsible for the scheduling of finished goods and machined components in the Milwaukie, OR Hydraulic Tools manufacturing operation. Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distributing work orders; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates.

This position will be based onsite at our Milwaukie, OR facility. This job opening is not eligible for immigration/work visa sponsorshipResponsibilities:
Execute daily workload as required in ERP system, create and release work orders. Perform all necessary system transactions based on production requirements. Printing work orders, help prioritize production based on requirements. Communicate production needs as required with production staff, supervisors, and managers. Purchaseraw materialsas required to support production work orders. Manage production lead times, collaborate with Operations Supervisors, Production Leads, and others to manage capacity requirements. Support other production, planning, and reporting activities as directed by manager. Support the implementation of Lean principles in the Milwaukie operation, including elimination of wastes, using tools such as Kaizen, and supporting all Lean implementation activities plant-wide. Support New Product Development projects as required. Communicate with vendors and internal customer service to ensure order alignment.Salary Range:
The salary for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.Knowledge/Education:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing environment utilizing real-time ERP/MRP (experience using Oracle, SAP, or Infor a plus) High school graduate or equivalent required Lean experience or certification a plus Dependable, self-motivated, and results-orientedSkills and Abilities:
