The ideal candidate will possess a passion for wine sales and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business development and fostering relationships with clients through effective communication and negotiation skills. Duties Maintain existing relationships with clients, as well as bring in new clients. Conduct inside sales activities, presenting our products and services to potential customers. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in our software systems. Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions. Assist on weekends and holidays in the tasting room Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships. Effective negotiation skills to facilitate successful sales transactions. Proven experience in sales, particularly in wine sales or related fields a plus, but will train the right candidate.

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
