OBJECTIVE

: The Operations & Logistics Coordinator is a client-facing role that is responsible for owning and scaling end-to-end operational performance across multiple accounts. This role supports order execution, international logistics, and systems-driven process improvement for TargetPath clients. This role reports to the Operations & Logistics Manager and works closely with client leads, finance, and various internal teams. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in operations and is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client & Partner Coordination Support communication with client stakeholders, distributors, and partners to ensure smooth order and logistics execution Coordinate with Finance on order status, invoicing, and inventory-related questions Proactively identify, triage, and resolve day-to-day operational issues (e.g., order discrepancies, shipment delays, inventory variances), ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption to clients Order Management & Logistics Execution Execute day-to-day order processing, including order entry, updates, and tracking Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including documentation and communication with freight partners Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates, delays, or issues Support vendor and logistics partner coordination to ensure timely fulfillment Process & Systems Support Follow established processes and SOPs to ensure consistency and accuracy across accounts Maintain accurate records across systems (e.g., WMS, ERP, order tracking tools) Support system updates and integrations by assisting with data entry, testing, and issue tracking Operational Support & Reporting Track key operational metrics (orders, shipments, inventory) and flag discrepancies Assist in reconciling orders, shipments, and invoices Support preparation of reports and materials for internal and client-facing updates

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 1-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or related field Experience with order processing, shipping coordination, or inventory management preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Clear and professional communication skills Proficiency in Excel and comfort working across systems and tools Experience working with international logistics or 3PLs is a plus Experience with EDI and WMS is a plus Trade show, product launch, or retail readiness logistics experience is a plus
