Master Planner Legrand AV, Inc. parental leave, 401(k) United States, Pennsylvania, Canonsburg May 19, 2026 Master Planner Location US-PA-Canonsburg # Positions 1 Experience (Years) 5 Category Purchasing Position Description Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Master Planner to join the Data Center Power & Control Division Starline Team in Canonsburg, PA. The Master Planner coordinates development and execution of the master production schedule to align with the Sales & Operations (S&OP) plan. The role supports ontime delivery, optimal inventory levels, and smooth production flow by partnering with production, supply chain, and warehouse teams. This position helps ensure customers receive highquality products on schedule while supporting continuous improvement in planning processes. What will you do? Maintain accurate daily production schedules to support achievable targets across departments. Use capacityplanning tools to recommend adjustments to production rates or line configurations. Develop S&OP reports and facilitate monthly performance reviews and forwardlooking planning sessions. Maintain master scheduling policies and rules of engagement for order management. Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule to reduce pastdue orders. Provide regular updates on production and shipping performance against established goals. Evaluate expedited order requests and communicate impacts to customer support teams. Support planning for new product introductions, including samples and first production runs. Analyze sales orders and forecasts, communicate risks, and recommend corrective actions. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field; or equivalent experience. Experience as a master scheduler in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency using Excel and familiarity with ERP/MRPbased planning systems or APS scheduling tools. Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and implement effective planning solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions. Preferred Qualifications
APICS/ASCM
certification. Experience in engineertoorder (ETO) environments. Experience with Access, Crystal Reports, or formal reporting tools.
