Job Description

Logistics Coordinator American Transportation Management (ATM), one of the region's leading logistics providers is now accepting applications for a full- time logistics coordinator to support our distribution operation.
Responsibilities include:
Scheduling of daily routes Supervising and managing drivers, straight truck, non-CDL Recruiting, hiring and continued staffing of employee and independent contractor drivers Ensure that customer's service expectations are met, including achieving all service level metrics, quality performance and compliance goals. Making deliveries as needed Required Skills Excellent leadership ability Advanced customer interaction skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Superior verbal and written communication skills. Proven organizational and analytical skills. Proactive problem- solving ability. Ability to work independently Required Experience 2+ years of proven operations management in the logistics field 2+ years working in a logistics environment managing distribution operations Previous Experience managing independent contractor delivery drivers Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), report preparation, and data analysis.
Pay:
$24.33 - $29.30 per hour
