Easton, Pennsylvania (On-Site)Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced professional to support supply chain and warehouse operations at a dynamic 3PL raw material facility. Our team is dedicated to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence in a regulated environment while partnering with multiple cross-functional teams to sustain and improve logistics performance.Responsibilities:
Manage raw materials receipt tracking and oversee the lifecycle status of quality workflow stages for enhanced visibility and timely response. Coordinate receipt and distribution activities including purchase orders, inbound shipment schedules, outbound shipping schedules, and documentation management to maintain operational flow. Lead integration activities between SAP and logistics service provider systems, preparing and presenting governance deliverables such as dashboards, KPIs, and monthly reports. Facilitate prompt resolution of quality and shipment issues, conducting root cause analysis and providing timely inventory status updates in alignment with corporate objectives.Required:
Must have experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices) in a regulated warehouse or supply chain environment. Demonstrated hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP transactions and warehouse/supply chain operations. High school diploma/GED and 8 years of Life Science or Business experience, or Associate's degree and 6 years of Life Science or Business experience, or Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Life Science or Business experience, or Master's degree. Fluency in English with effective oral and written communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.About SSI People:
