OVERVIEW

The FP&A Summer Intern will support the Finance team in analyzing revenue, margins, inventory performance, across our distribution business. This role provides hands-on exposure to forecasting, financial analysis, and operational finance within a high-growth, inventory-driven environment. You will have the opportunity to work on real business initiatives and present insights to senior leadership at the end of the internship.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Financial Planning & Analysis Assist in monthly sales reporting and variance analysis (Revenue, Gross Margin) Support forecast updates Maintain Excel models for revenue and margin tracking Distribution & Inventory Analytics Assist in monthly KPI Reporting (Inventory turns, freight costs, etc) Support margin analysis by product category (equipment vs. smallwares)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Teams Competencies:

Emerging Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic modeling) Analytical mindset with attention to detail Strong communication skills

Preferred Experience:

Coursework in Financial Modeling or Corporate Finance Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools Interest in distribution, supply chain, or operational finance
