Job Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to manage daily inventory transfers and customer-direct shipments between our onsite warehouse and a third-party logistics provider (3PL). This role ensures on-time shipping, accurate inventory, and clean ERP transactions. Responsibilities Schedule and track daily transfers between onsite warehouse and 3PL Create pick lists, Bills of Lading (BOLs), and shipping documents Coordinate carriers and confirm pickups and deliveries Reconcile inventory transactions and assist with cycle counts Resolve ERP/WMS issues and communicate with internal teams and 3PL partners Qualifications 2-4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or 3PL coordination ERP experience Experience with inventory control and shipping documentation Strong attention to detail and communication skills Preferred WMS or 3PL portal experience Knowledge of LTL/parcel shipping and customer routing guides Work Environment Onsite warehouse environment
