Must live within 30 minutes from Newtown Square DM here OR call 781-530-3114 OR email sean.wahl@theplanetgroup.com Logistics/Data Entry Contract 6 months potential for extension Onsite 5 days, Newtown Square PA Must have: Bachelors degree (Supply Chain, Logistics or Business) Internship in a Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance or Operations position Excel High Attention to detail This regional location for a large publicly traded company has an immediate need for coverage of key work as they are upgrading their ERP system and implementing new procedures with their existing staff. The role is within their supply chain/logistics team. The goal is to ensure their customers are set up correctly and accurately in their systems so that they can work efficiently with the rest of the Supply Chain/Logistics team. What the work will entail. Intake of customer information and data and input into their ERP and Salesforce. Download all of the required data and information to provide to appropriate customer profile. Then make sure the information is accurate and void of an discrepancies to ensure that these customers are able to work through their systems to other teams that would give them access to their products and terminals. Accuracy and detail is key to this work as they do not want a customer profile to impact their ability to purchase their products. Job Summary This role supports Traders and the Supply team by creating, reviewing, and maintaining purchase, trade, and sale deals in the Logistics/Supply Chain system. The position ensures that all trade activities are accurately documented, reported, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements. It also serves as the primary backup for the Contract Analyst. Key Responsibilities Review daily trade activity from the Supply chat room and maintain an accurate trade activity log. Enter and verify trade details in Right Angle to ensure agreements reflect negotiated terms. Process and create Right Angle deals for quarterly renewable fuels trades. Ensure compliance with SOX requirements by recording all trade deals within 48 hours of execution. Track and report on line space activity daily. Partner with Traders, Credit, and Accounting to resolve invoice or pricing discrepancies. Provide backup support to the Contract Analyst in reviewing and confirming trade confirmations. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
