9-12 Months Role Summary The Customer Allocations Lead is responsible for managing the end-to-end allocation process when customer demand exceeds available supply. This role works cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, and Planning teams to ensure inventory is distributed strategically and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Own and execute allocation decisions based on demand vs supply constraints Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production limitations Build data-driven recommendations for leadership decisions Manage allocation entries in systems (SAP S/4) and ensure accuracy Partner with Sales, Customer Supply Chain, and Planning teams Support reporting, leadership updates, and process improvements Required Skills Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis) Experience in supply chain, demand planning, or inventory management Ability to analyze data and make recommendations Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsSimilar jobs in Hershey, PA
