As a Production Plan Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in supporting the integrated supply chain operations by coordinating production plans to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization. You will report directly to our Supply Chain Manager and you'll work out of our Lansdale, PA location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain by managing production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with customer demand and business objectives.

Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize manufacturing resources.
  • Collaborate with procurement, logistics, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely material availability and production flow.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and production issues to maintain on-time delivery performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain planning and execution processes.
  • Maintain accurate production data and reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • Experience in supply chain coordination within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
  • Strong knowledge of production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or PeopleSoft and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to analyze production data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning tools and methodologies to support integrated supply chain operations.
WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in production planning or supply chain coordination, preferably in aerospace or manufacturing sectors.
  • Knowledge of materials management, SIOP processes, and MRP/MPS systems.
  • Experience with project management and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams and influence decision-making.
