Job Description

About the Role As a Logistics and Fulfillment Specialist, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that products move seamlessly from our facility to our customers. You will leverage your expertise in inventory management and material handling to optimize workflows, maintain high accuracy in our ERP systems, and contribute to a safe, efficient warehouse environment. Responsibilities Execute precise order picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries. Manage inbound freight by verifying shipments, documenting receipts in ERP software, and safely unloading materials using forklifts or pallet jacks. Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to maintain stock integrity and minimize discrepancies. Conduct light assembly and component trimming tasks to meet specific customer requirements and installation needs. Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule outbound shipments and maintain comprehensive tracking documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace while actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Current OSHA-compliant forklift certification. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and basic computer applications. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks like standing, bending, and walking for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or light manufacturing setting. Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow complex work instructions. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external shipping coordinators. Experience with inventory labeling and organizational best practices.
