Job Summary:
Responsible for managing all aspects of trailer logistics and lease/rental operations at the Mt. Pleasant branch.
Key Roles:
Ultimate Customer Experience (UCE)
Process & Systems Fleet Management Administration Customer & Vendor Relations Essential Duties:
Manage all aspects of trailer inventory at the branch for all profit centers Perform digital inbound and outbound trailer inspections for all profit centers Provide freight quotes and approve freight invoices as needed Inspection of trailers for safety and federal guidelines Perform light manual tasks as needed, including trailer sweeping Timely communication with sales team members as needed Process all lease and rental operations tasks including credit applications, agreements, telematics, and repairs. Assist with collections of Account Receivables Daily administrative paperwork and electronic filing Attend company meetings as assigned

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Must be a team player Be helpful and considerate to co-workers and customers Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards Display a professional attitude toward Company and fellow employees Maintain a professional appearance Maintain verbal and written communications as required Safety awareness and follow all regulations and guidelines
Education and Experience:
Education - High school diploma; college degree preferred Two years industry experience preferred
Physical Environments:
Noise levels are moderate to high at times Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds Must be able to get in, out and underneath trailers as well as regularly walk the yard
