Job Description

We're a Philadelphia-based paper and nonwoven products manufacturer looking for a sharp, organized Logistics Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain, customer service, and operations. You'll own order processing, freight coordination, shipping documentation, and day-to-day administrative functions that keep our business running smoothly. What You'll Do Process customer orders and coordinate with production for on-time fulfillment Schedule domestic shipments and negotiate freight rates Prepare and review shipping documents, Bills of Lading, POs, and invoices Track shipments and resolve transportation or delivery issues Handle customer inquiries and provide shipment updates Coordinate inventory movements and receiving documentation Ensure compliance with shipping regulations Maintain accurate records in ERP systems Monitor production schedules and shipment readiness Help identify and implement logistics process improvements What We're Looking For Strong oral and written communication skills Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service instincts and relationship-building skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook especially) Familiarity with domestic logistics documentation Manufacturing experience a plus Why Fibematics

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
