Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Planner / Production Planner to join a premier supply chain division. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling production orders, planning and preparing production schedules by reviewing forecasts, orders, parts availability, and capacity to ensure timely, seamless delivery. Key Responsibilities • Order Management:
Convert planned orders into production orders and actively manage schedules to meet strict delivery dates. • System Tracking:
Monitor SAP MRP messages and dynamically adjust production plans as needed; maintain accurate SAP material data related to planning. • Cross-Functional Communication:
Manage overdue orders and maintain proactive, clear communication with internal teams. • Operational Support:
Support Engineering Change Management and coordinate urgent expedite requests. • Inventory Control:
Track inventory and successfully manage KANBAN processes. • Continuous Improvement:
Analyze on-time delivery performance, support process improvements, and collaborate with SCM leadership to optimize operations. What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications) • Education:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred, but not required. • Experience:
2-5 years of dedicated production scheduling experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Technical Skills:
Strong SAP knowledge is preferred, or equivalent ERP system experience. • Core Competencies:
