For questions, Please email recruiting-usa@formeld.com As an NCM Specialist, you'll identify non-conforming materials, process defects, and ensure compliance with engineering standards. You'll play a key role in inventory control, supplier communication, and SAP-driven documentation. We're searching for a detail-oriented specialist to take charge of non-conforming materials ensuring the parts we use meet engineering expectations, inventory is accurate, and quality standards are upheld. Key Responsibilities Identify and inspect incoming materials against engineering drawings Record defects and non-conformance in SAP/ERP systems Create return purchase orders, arrange UPS shipments, and track returned parts Produce end-of-shift summary reports, hitting quality and productivity measures Maintain daily inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies Handle physical tasks: lift up to 25 lbs, bend to 6", raise to eye level, walk between buildings Ideal Candidate Profile 3-6 months working with SAP or a similar ERP system Skilled in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Experience in quality assurance, logistics, or inventory control Ability to interpret engineering blueprints is a plus Strong communication—both in person and via email Results-focused with high self-motivation and teamwork drive Comfortable with moderate physical work and strict safety protocols Qualifications Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. repetitively Adherence to safety gear requirements (steel-toe shoes, provided vest, and glasses) Reliability in attendance and punctuality
