Job Description

We are looking for a Demand Planner Analyst to support forecasting and supply planning activities for a well-established consumer goods organization in Miami, Florida. This position focuses on turning data into actionable insights that improve inventory decisions, demand visibility, and overall supply chain performance. The role offers a hybrid schedule with one remote day each week and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, metrics-driven environment.

Salary:
$80,000-$95,000 depending on level of experience - may have some stretch
Bonus:
up to 10 %

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze demand patterns, sales performance, inventory levels, and business trends to produce accurate forecasts and support supply chain decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain reporting in Excel and business intelligence platforms, including dashboards that track key performance indicators and operational results.
  • Partner with internal teams across planning, sourcing, finance, and related business units to align forecasts with business objectives and market needs.
  • Support demand planning activities with a hands-on approach, contributing to forecast updates, planning execution, and continuous process improvement.
  • Monitor stock positions and performance metrics to identify risks, recommend corrective actions, and help maintain service and inventory targets.
  • Communicate findings, planning assumptions, and recommendations clearly to internal stakeholders, affiliated business entities, and external vendor partners.
  • Evaluate forecasting outcomes and planning performance to uncover opportunities for greater accuracy, efficiency, and business responsiveness.
