YOUR ROLE AT

SIXTYou support the Fleet Maintenance team by reviewing and verifying all vendor estimatesYou manage the approval or rejection of estimates and revisions to ensure accuracyYou liaise with rental locations to provide feedback and coaching for faster approvalsYou maintain audit records of all estimates from third-party vendors and repair shopsYou receive and analyze vendor performance, providing management with reviews and recommendationsYou assist with additional duties as assigned to meet business needs

YOUR SKILLS

MATTERExperience You have 5+ years of experience in repair estimation with experience in using Mitchell Cloud Estimating, CCC, or similar software, and possess vehicle salvage knowledgeEducation You have a bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) or an associate's degree with relevant experience, and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipTechnical Proficiency You are skilled in computer navigation and Microsoft Office ApplicationsSoft Skills You demonstrate high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and exceptional decision-making abilitiesCommitment to Excellence You are adaptable, able to multitask, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentTravel You have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and are able to work a flexible scheduleWHAT WE OFFERComprehensive Health Insurance Access healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision), life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity, pet insurance, and a 401k retirement plan.
