In this role, you will play a key role in driving inventory health, service performance, and operational excellence across our finished-goods categories. An ideal candidate will possess a passion for optimizing global product flow and a knack for solving complex supply and demand challenges in a dynamic environment. This role is a hybrid position, requiring you to be onsite Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays. You will report directly to the Manager of Supply Planning. What you will do in this role: Own global inventory buys by consolidating regional inputs and ensuring alignment with financial and operational targets Translate demand forecasts into actionable supply and inventory plans that ensure on-time product availability and minimize excess Partner with sourcing and manufacturing teams to manage production allocation, lead time adherence, and capacity planning Review global and regional inventory positions to proactively identify shortages, overstocks, and opportunities for optimization Serve as a liaison between global planning, regional teams, and brand merchandising to align on forecasts, buy quantities, and timing Collaborate with logistics to track inbound shipments, prioritize deliveries, and mitigate supply chain delays Partner with finance to support budget cycles, inventory projections, and scenario planning Develop and enhance reporting dashboards to track performance and support data-driven decision-making Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency, automation, and standardization across global planning processes

Who You Are:

Requirements:

3-5 years of professional experience in production or supply planning Proficiency in SAP and SNP (Supply Network Planning) and advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines and solve complex problems Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a global matrix organization with competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field Demonstrated experience with SNP CTM (Capable-to-Match) Familiarity with data visualization tools such as
