Job Description

Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Global Supply Planner - II (Associate) to join our pharmaceutical client in West Point, PA. This is a 12-month contract to start with the potential for extensions.
Pay:
$32.00 - $37.00/hr ; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Schedule:
Hybrid 3days/week. Flexible schedule.
Description:
The Master Planner works as part of part of the Master Planning team to align Demand / Supply Plans for bulk product delivery, receipt & release, and/or clinical supply packaging, transfer, and distribution activities.
Responsibilities:
Generate and/or manage activity schedules. Define and establish metrics, measure, and compare against benchmarks, monitor change control, and continuously optimize process. Coordinate master schedules deliverables with internal or external partners. Monitor timelines and communications with stakeholders. Monitor schedule adherence.
Facilitate Scheduler Forums Maintain Business Rules and Standard Cycle Times Requirements:
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience or 5+ years of equivalent experience(without a degree) Experience in clinical development and/or clinical supplies preferred. Experience with clinical trials preferred. Prior supply chain, logistics, or operations knowledge. Experience with SAP preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Detail-oriented and proven organization skills. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft applications. Strong ability to multi-task Understanding of cGMPs Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) Ability to function independently with minimal or no daily supervision. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and tactfully and to interact with different stakeholders. Ability to think logically and to critically evaluate and solve problems. Interpersonal skills and professional values necessary for effective teamwork. Looking for someone that has strong technical skills.
