Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated logistics professional to contribute to our transportation division by supporting compliance efforts and the successful deployment of carrier operations. Our team values collaborative problem-solving and strong communication as we drive process improvements and support organizational growth.

Responsibilities:

Plan, deploy, and oversee carrier compliance activities associated with implementing new technology solutions. Resolve compliance issues and standardize processes to improve onboarding outcomes. Conduct routine logistical tasks, including creating reports, managing updates, responding to emails, and providing customer service. Maintain positive working relationships with carrier operations, customer service, sales teams, and external vendors while managing relevant data in Excel and ERP systems.

Required:

Minimum of one year of experience in business or transportation/logistics, including reporting, coordination, or customer service. High school diploma or GED required. Ability to maintain and update information using Microsoft Office programs and other systems as needed. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills with a customer-focused mindset.
