Job Description

The Logistic Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of creating shipping label creation, Bill of Lading, commercial invoices, invoice approval, shipment tracking, and coordinating LTL ("Less-than-Truckload") and final mile carriers.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review shipment details to ensure accuracy and compliance, approve and process shipments for timely dispatch and generate shipping labels, Bills of Lading, and commercial invoices Monitor the status of all shipments, address any issues or delays and communicate with carriers, customers and internal teams Coordinate LTL shipments and manage final mile delivery carriers ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time, in good condition, and invoiced correctly Maintain accurate shipment records, update internal systems and build positive relationships with carriers Perform other reasonable duties as required to assist the department and the company in achieving its goals and objectives
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field Experience with LTL and final mile delivery coordination Experience with inventory management or warehouse operations Knowledge of freight and shipping regulations, including international shipping
YOUR SKILLS
Strong understanding of shipping systems and processes Ability to track shipments and resolve delivery issues Excellent organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related and logistics management software (experience with UPS WorldShip, Freight Management Systems, etc. preferred)
