NEMT Operations Coordinator (Part-Time / Hybrid)

RestCare Transportation LLC Burbank, CA Pay:

$20•25/hour Part-Time RestCare Transportation LLC is looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated team member to help manage the day-to-day operations of our growing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, can multitask, and wants to grow with a healthcare transportation company that serves the community.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling patient transportation appointments Dispatching drivers and coordinating routes Managing daily operations from A-Z Processing payroll and driver hours Submitting billing and invoices to vendors/brokers Following up on unpaid invoices and claims Communicating with clinics, facilities, and drivers Handling administrative and operational support Keeping schedules and transportation logs organized

Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in dispatching, scheduling, payroll, or billing preferred Healthcare transportation or NEMT experience is a plus Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly Familiar with Excel, email communication, and basic office software Must be dependable and professional
