Team leadership skills:

5+ years leading RCM teams across onshore and offshore environments, with a coaching mindset.

You thrive independently, managing your schedule and priorities without needing to be in the same room. Data & automation expertise: 3+ years in data analytics and a track record of using technology to accelerate collections and reduce costs.
