We are looking for a seasoned Planning Manager to join a dynamic supply chain team within the agriculture and produce sector. This is a high-visibility senior individual contributor role at the center of demand and strategic planning operations
  • driving decisions that impact a complex global supply base with a primary focus on U.
S. imports. What You'll Do Lead demand planning and strategic supply chain planning across a global supply base Manage U.S. import operations (~90% of scope), with limited international exposure primarily in Chile and New Zealand Develop and execute scenario planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies Oversee product mix management and scheduled delivery timelines to ensure operational continuity Analyze complex datasets and translate insights into clear, actionable reports for senior stakeholders Serve as a key cross-functional partner, collaborating closely with internal teams and external suppliers Report directly to senior leadership and contribute to high-level strategic planning decisions You'll Bring 5-7+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or a related field
