Production & Materials Planner Location:
Englewood Cliffs, NJ E.T. Browne Drug Co., maker of Palmer's®, is seeking a Production & Materials Planner to support our Third-Party Manufacturing (TPM) operations. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of supply chain, manufacturing, and global operations, helping ensure products are delivered on time and at the highest quality standards. In this role, you will partner closely with third-party manufacturers and internal cross-functional teams to manage production planning, monitor material flow, and maintain alignment with business demand. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations while also contributing to process improvements and supply chain efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate production schedules with third-party manufacturers to meet demand and inventory targets Track and expedite raw and packaging materials to support production timelines Maintain accurate data in ERP systems related to materials, production, and inventory Support inventory management, reconciliation, and material movements across locations Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Purchasing, and R&D Monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Backgrounds:
Supply Chain Management Operations Management Business Administration (focus in supply chain or operations) Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering Logistics or Transportation Management Economics or other analytically focused disciplines Experience or coursework in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain is a plus, as is familiarity with ERP systems or data-driven environments. $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
