Over 65 years later, our company has shaped it's line around the needs and preferences of those who design and install residential forced air systems. Job DescriptionThe Duc‑Pac Corporation is seeking a Production Planning & Scheduling Coordinator to support daily production scheduling, expediting, and workflow coordination across the manufacturing floor. This hands‑on role is critical to keeping production moving and ensuring on‑time customer delivery.

Reporting to the Production Control Manager, this position translates demand into actionable production plans, aligns materials and priorities, and works closely with Production, Materials, and Purchasing teams to resolve issues and keep jobs on track.

This is a fast‑paced, highly visible role for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable driving priorities on the shop floor.

Coordinate and track production jobs from release through completionExpedite work‑in‑process across departments to support on‑time deliveryCommunicate daily priorities, including "hot" items and work instructionsExecute ERP/MRP activities to align materials with production schedulesCoordinate raw material needs with PurchasingSubmit purchase orders for approval as requiredMonitor schedules, identify risks or delays, and proactively resolve issuesMaintain accurate job status and production data in the ERP systemPartner with the Production Control Manager on daily priorities and KPIsSupport ERP system enhancements and continuous improvement effortsMaintain a strong focus on safety and operational executionQualifications2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferredExperience in production planning, scheduling, or production controlERP/MRP system experience preferredStrong organizational, communication, and follow‑up skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentDetail‑oriented, proactive, and accountableAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
