Senior Associate, Logistics Process Improvement (Multiple Positions) Wayfair LLC seeks Senior Associate, Logistics Process Improvement (Multiple Positions) in
Aberdeen, MD:
Job Duties:
Define, develop, and implement global project plans to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations. Launch and scale new processes across multiple teams, ensuring efficiency and standardization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Industrial Engineering, Training & Development, Quality, Incident Prevention, and Inventory Control, to enhance supply chain performance. Develop and maintain core documentation (SOPs, Job Aides, Project Plans) for global returns and incident management processes, ensuring consistency and operational clarity. Conduct in-depth data analysis and reporting for senior leadership, delivering actionable insights to drive informed decision-making. Leverage data-driven approaches to optimize supply chain processes, enhance compliance, and improve overall operational efficiency, Establish and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness, cost recovery. Translate complex business challenges into analytical questions, using data insights to drive strategic recommendations and operational improvements. Position is based in Aberdeen, MD office; however, telecommuting may also be allowed.
Salary:
$141,149 to $151,149.
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, or a related field.

1. SQL; 2. Data Visualization Tools (Tableau and Power BI); 3. Process Mapping Tools (Miro and Figma); 4. Process Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Documentation; 5.
Jira / Azure
DevOps; 6. Project Management; 7. Business Analysis; 8. Supply Chain Management and Warehousing; 9. Process Design and Standardization; 10. Quality Assurance & Root Cause Analysis; and 11. KPI Development & Performance Analytics. Position is based in Aberdeen, MD office; however, telecommuting may also be allowed.
