Why This Role Rocks As a Senior Vendor Onboarding Associate, you'll be the go-to expert for vendor onboarding and master data governance—owning the process from start to finish. You'll have the opportunity to design smarter workflows, solve complex challenges, and make a real impact on how we partner with our vendors. If you love improving processes, working cross-functionally, and driving data accuracy at scale, this role puts you right at the center of it all. •This is an on-site position that works a hybrid schedule at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky. What's On Your Plate Own end-to-end vendor onboarding and master data management Partner with vendors, store teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience Review contracts to align vendor data with payment terms and methods Monitor and deliver on key performance metrics (cycle time, data accuracy, e-invoicing, payments) Support continuous audit activities and vendor communications Design and enhance onboarding workflows, validation rules, and system configurations Lead and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives across the P2P lifecycle Tackle complex issues independently and drive solutions Your Recipe for Success 3+ years of relevant experience in vendor onboarding, P2P, or master data management Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Experience working with MS Office and large-scale P2P/ERP systems Bachelor's/Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience) CPRS or similar certification is a plus
