SM-3 BLK IIA
program efforts.
SM-3 BLK IIA
is part of the Shipboard Missiles SSBU with yearly sales of approximately $420M per year with a secure and stable long-term business forecast. Responsibilities include management of both EVMS and LOE contracts, analysis of program performance, utilization of PRISM tools, establishing initial baseline for new awards, monthly forecasting, including tracking variances, interfacing with Cost Account Managers, support of Government audits and ensuring compliance with EAC policies. This program offers a unique opportunity to connect and collaborate with the Customer on a continuing basis. What You Will Do You will be an excellent communicator with a desire to learn and be challenged, the ability to work on a range of tasks, and the ability to interact with a variety of management levels and customer counterparts. In addition, professional and effective communication skills are required due to the frequent interaction with program, product line and functional leadership. You will provide an opportunity to enhance skills in PRISM, estimates at completion, variance analysis, and other metrics and tools used in support of production. What You Will Learn Working in a matrixed organization with various functions and stakeholders on a high-visibility contract with an aggressive ramped-up production schedule Earned Value Management applications for production contracts (PRISM EV) Processing and tracking company funding and appropriation requests Quarterly Estimates-At-Complete in a FFP (Firm-Fixed-Price) environment Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related topic or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development and execution. Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Experience with SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, BW) or similar tools. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Qualifications We Prefer Experience working independently and with higher levels of management. Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast paced environment. Experience preparing contractual IPMR requirements for contractual EVMS programs. Ability to communicate effectively with peers, leadership and customer. Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Experience training finance team members in tools and processes. Understanding of AOP and Long-Range Planning, program forecasting and metrics. Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader. The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
