Your role and responsibilities The Supply Chain Delivery Professional is responsible for leading day‑to‑day operational delivery for supply chain in support of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) clients, ensuring reliable business process mapping, integrations, stable transaction flows, and consistent service-level performance. This role oversees solutioning, implementation and security components of a traditional supply chain outsourcing agreement. The position includes consulting-style client management responsibilities such as financial management of delivery engagements, relationship management, and coordination across cross-functional teams. The role also supports the delivery and operationalization of AI tools and automation solutions that enhance supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Delivery & Relationship Management
- Serves as the primary operational contact for supply chain and BPO clients, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery outcomes.
- Manages client relationships through regular status updates, performance reviews, and proactive communication during incidents or operational changes.
- Oversees financial management of delivery engagements, including forecasting, budgeting, tracking operational hours, and supporting billing accuracy.

- Supports delivery and operationalization of AI tools and intelligent automation solutions across production environments.
- Validates AI-driven operational workflows, monitors performance, and collaborates with product and engineering teams on enhancements.
- Identifies use cases where automation or AI agents can reduce manual work, improve SLA performance, or enhance incident response.
- Develops playbooks, training, and operational processes for team adoption of AI tools. Infrastructure Oversight & Upgrade Planning
- Partners with Engineering and Systems teams to plan, test, and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations.
- Ensures alignment of upgrade paths with business needs, compliance requirements, and lifecycle timelines. Security Focal Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary point of contact for audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments.

- 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations, IT Operations, Technical Support, or BPO delivery environments.
- Experience in consulting-style client management including relationship management, engagement support, budgeting, and financial oversight.
- Strong leadership experience supervising technical or operational teams.
- Hands-on understanding of connectivity protocols (sFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, REST APIs).
- Experience supporting supply chain integrations, BPO workflows, EDI/API transactions, or high-volume client delivery.
- Experience delivering or supporting AI tools, automation solutions, or AI‑driven operational workflows.
- Experience with audits, compliance, and security governance.
