Base Pay:
$25/hr. The base salary listed is a range. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Our Culture of Care - Zinpro® Position Summary The logistics supply chain intern will gain hands-on experience in order entry, shipment routing and tracking, supporting TMS implementation, and managing international shipment documentation. Essential Functions Supply Chain Operations Support Learn and support the customer order entry process, including receiving order information, entering orders into SAP, and communicating with internal teams and customers regarding timing, changes, or discrepancies. Assist with load booking by coordinating shipments with carriers and helping ensure orders move on time and according to established requirements. Support daily order and shipment tracking activities to help maintain visibility across the supply chain. Project & Process Improvement Work Support master data cleanup efforts, including reviewing data for accuracy and consistency prior to upload. Assist with preparing supply chain data to enable improved order tracking, freight visibility, and payment processes within new systems. Help document current processes and contribute to updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reflect current and future-state workflows. Documentation & Continuous Improvement Participate in process documentation and clean-up efforts, including reviewing existing materials and helping ensure documentation is accurate, clear, and up to date. Collaborate with supply chain and logistics team members on cross-functional projects that support operational efficiency and system implementation readiness. Additional Responsibilities Provide general support to the supply chain team as needed and assist with additional projects or duties based on business needs and intern development goals. Preferred Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems preferred. Schedule Requirements Full time, 40 hours per week for 12 weeks. This is a hybrid role, on-site Tuesday - Thursday in Eden Prairie, MN. Travel Requirements Less than 10%. Local travel to our manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and vendors.
